Payment

Banking slip (up to two payments if registration done until April 30th): For residents in Brazil only.

After April 30th, payment can be done in only one installment.

Credit card: Only one installment. Available until May 5th.

 

ATTENTTION: 

1. BEFORE REQUESTING YOUR ACCOMMODATION YOU MUST BE REGISTERED AT THE EVENT.
2. Sold out the capacity of the Hotel do Bosque, the latest reservations paid will be redirected to another hotel, same pattern, including the shuttles to Hotel do Bosque.
    

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation requests received until MAY 1st, 2015: refund of 75%.
• After MAY 1st, 2015 no refund will be possible.
